2. Services

2.1 Audit Intelligence Tools Services

Audivionix provides professional audit intelligence analysis and monitoring services. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Custom consulting sessions commence at the scheduled time and any cancellation after commencement is non-refundable due to resource allocation.

2.2 Information Products

We offer digital reports, tutorials, and software updates. If you download the product and have not accessed any secured features, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase.

2.3 Goods

Physical items such as branded documentation kits may be sent back within 30 days if unopened and in original condition for reimbursement. A restocking fee of 10% may apply to cover handling costs.

3. Payments and Billing

All fees are listed in Canadian dollars and billed upon order confirmation. To adjust or inquire about a charge, please contact us. Scheduled sessions not rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead are considered rendered and fees remain due in full.

4. Refund Policy

Reimbursement requests must be submitted via our contact form within the applicable period. For information products, eligible reimbursements are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. For goods, shipping charges are non-reimbursable, and any approved reimbursement excludes original shipping. For services, approved reimbursements may be issued as service credit or reimbursement to the original payment method, at our discretion.

Some audit services involve tailored analysis and immediate deployment of resources. These are explicitly non-refundable due to the preparatory work and dedicated personnel required. You will be informed at booking if a service is non-refundable.

Approved reimbursements are processed once eligibility is confirmed. You may request to apply a reimbursement as credit toward another service within a 90-day period.

5. Modifications

Audivionix may update these policies at any time. All changes take effect when posted on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
